I am a casual biker. I go on some organized rides, bike trails and rides around the neighborhood with my kids. I was replacing a ten year old helmet and did some reasearch on helmets beforehand. I found some fit rounder heads and some fit oval heads better. I have more of an oval shaped little larger head. I tried on Gyro and Specialized, but Bell fits me like a glove. Just make sure you read the instructions on how to adjust it correctly. This helmet was so popular at the bike store I bought the last one. I was surprised at how low the price was too. I was expecting to pay almost twice as much. I tried on some more expensive helmets, but the difference was not really noticeable. I got the titanium/silver color and it looks really sharp.
