I finally opened my trainer and installed my bike. It is very sturdy and provides me with a good workout. It came fully assembled with the exception of a part referred to on the box (and nowhere in the instructions) as a "universal quick release skewer". Bell doesn't appear to have a web-site at which I can address this issue. I assume this is for use with bikes with quick release wheels but the part is not explained anywhere. I couldn't see any way to use it with my bike so I didn't try. Anyway, the trainer seems quite satisfactory. Set up is simple.
