I am very satisfied with the product; it does exactly what it was meant to do-- provide a crossbar for my woman's bicycle so that I can attach the bike to my car rack. It took me a little while to figure out how to open up the ends of the crossbar to attach to the bike since no instructions were provided (you need to push in those tiny gold buttons to release the end connectors) but once I got that down I've had no problems.
