I LOVE these gloves. Having large hands, I thought, I would wear, at least, a Lg.; however, a MEDIUM works just fine for me. The padding is in just the right places and helps a lot with fatigue in my wrists. They are quite comfortable, flexible, breathe well, easy to get off, work great in both cold and hot weather, and are very durable. I've had mine for a year and there is no problem with the stitching. Also, there is an area on the gloves for wiping sweat away from your forehead.
