I ordered the Adams trail-a bike from a sports and fitness store on line. It arrived fine and was easy to put together however after riding it for maybe a half mile the wheel suddenly froze up. I had to carry it home. I took it to a bike shop and they diagnosed the problem and gave me a $25 estimate to fix it. I called the company that I ordered it from and they referred me to Adams. They told me that this had been a problem with this model in previous years. Adams said to go ahead and have it fixed and they would cover it . I did this but when I called them back to ask for reimbursement they would not honor the warrantee. After a few more calls I became frustrated and gave up. In all fairness now that the bike is fixed I really like it.
