I recently purchased one of these, and the computer that I got was definitely used. When I was setting it up, the readings said 0.16 km with a max speed of 30.5 km/hr. The product itself appeared *like* new and seems to be working just fine. It's just a little disconcerting when something is advertised as new, but the one you get is used.
