I have actually used this one time in the first few days after I received it. It is a very sturdy tool, but hard to turn it in tight places sometimes. When I used it to remove and replace some nuts on the seat stem to add a bike pump, the areas were a little tight, and it would keep hitting the chain and sprockets, and turning the unit is a little on the bulky side. I could have used a regular allen wrench (which I did get one after a while) to start, but I wanted to try the tool first. I also used it on the seat post to remove my seat, which worked well too.
