Ordered this for my 1 year old son. It seems to fit, even though he is on the small side. We've only used it once so far.
The only problem we've had with it is that it tends to fall in his eyes when he's in the kid seat on the back of the bike. I think this is more a problem with the seat though, because it tends to catch on the high seat back and the back of the helmet gets pushed up.
