I've never worn a helmet in my life, but this seems to be a very good one. I chose it based on the well-known manufacturer and price. they usually make high-end helmets of superior quality, so I bought the one I could afford. It works well, alittle hard to fit at first, you have to play with it until it fits just right. but I feel much safer now and don't worry about a head injury if I fall off.
