Great all-around tire that is durable yet light enough to race. I already have 300+ miles on my new tires and I still haven't even fully worn off the center molding seam in the tread. Completed a century ride on some rougher rural roads here in Virginia and these tires just shrugged them off, even a couple run-ins with glass hasn't resulted in anything close to a flat. I decided to go a little wider with a 25mm wheel instead of the more standard 23mm I've been using to race. I can't notice any difference in weight but certainly notice the improvement in ride. The slightly wider wheels can be aired down just a little to take the road buzz edge off and the improvement in endurance with the Ultra-Gator Skins over the Michelin tires I've been riding lately. As a cash strapped Master Cat 4 racer I like the fact that I can use one wheel that is durable enough to train on full time yet light enough to not impact my race performance.Get more detail about Continental Ultra Gatorskin Road Tire.
