Although recommended for ages 5 and up, the Razor A3 proved to be just the scooter for my 3 yr old great-grandson who had grown out of his 'baby plastic scooter'. The folding, height adjustable handlebar will grown with him for years to come. When his father was about five, I got him a similar Razor scooter and he rode it until it practically disintegrated for use.
